Oh noes~! They're at it again! This time, Lugia and Shadow Lugia are all dressed up for Halloween. It seems as if their costumes are falling apart, though. Will this feud ever end?
----- Hehe..I just felt like writing a little something. :3 Haha..I know I'm a little late for Halloween, but I guess I'll have to deal with that. :< I actually used my markers to color this drawing! O: I swear that the smell of those things will always give me headaches. :/ Oh, the background was supposed to look like a pumpkin, but I couldn't figure out how to get that ripple effect on it. So, I just left the orange. And, yes, I signed my work for once. Fear my computer mouse skills. x3 This is my entry for the Halloween contest at  .Lugia and Shadow Lugia © Nintendo ----- Edit: Holy...
